      Really... A Ham Radio Club

      just for women?

A popular Amateur Radio recruiting  campaign in current use says:

"It's not your grandfather's Ham Radio anymore."

You bet it isn't!  Just like  business, education, and politics Amateur Radio has traditionally been a male dominated arena.  Yet, for more than a century women ham operators have played a vital role in the evolution of the Amateur Radio Service.

Today we find tens of thousands of women and young ladies who are involved in  every aspect of amateur radio.  Radio clubs abound.
